But that doesn't mean that when there is a genuine emergency, you will not let your employees go early or come late.

Work ethic: You can't come late, you can't leave on time. (A person who gets food from home and eats non vegetarian food regularly should not work here under any circumstances).Ĥ. But enforcing them on others, their employees, so much so that it starts affecting one's health, well that's just wrong. Kudos to the management for having strong beliefs and practicing it in real life.

they will dodge you and point at all your incompetencies rather than all you've done for the past year to keep the business from falling apartĨ. god forbid that you also ask for your yearly appriasal that is the norm in today's day and age. you will need to chase the bosses for approval even if you give them more than a month's noticeħ. god forbid you ask for a slightly long leave, like 3-4 days in a row. lacks basic office infrastructure that is required in the 21st centuryĦ. your day to day companions will only be your desktop, notebook and penĥ. probblay just 2 to 3 emloyees at any given time. there is zero appreication for the work that you do to keep the business afloat.Ĥ. worst part is you as an employee will be blamed for their poor performance or disappearnace even though there is no way to hold them accountableģ. yes, they often abscond and leave you hanging. 100% of the business is dependent on freelance writers around the world. you will be aksed to lie to them when deliverables are not ready due to absconded writersĢ. bosses who lie to not only employees but also clients. In the 3 years that i worked here, there were countless cons that i don't know where to begin.
